But, if you need a bit of “What do you think?” advice, she’ll tell you in a very nonjudgmental way. (No need to harshly critique a house that is someone’s home.) She does not pressure you to do anything you don’t want. If you need to take a weekend break from house viewing, you can. If you need to see three to four houses on a Wednesday evening, you will ‘cause she’ll say yes. She’ll point things out that you may have missed, positive or negative, with her “Oh, did you notice this?” When it comes to the banks and the mortgage, that’s when she flies your colors for you. She truly represents you with all those insane forms; the “Are you a terrorist?” form is my favorite, for real! She is up on technology so forms can be signed digitally at a locally owned coffee house over a nice mocha. Now I live in my new home with my partner, in a house that we got under asking price, including the closing cost. Woohoo! in deed."

"When Hubster and I first started looking for our first house, we were clueless. We hopped on zip realty to just get an idea of what we could afford and where and were randomly assigned Patricia as our realtor. She’s based out of the East bay but covers the peninsula as well. She was very patient with us and we figured out what we wanted.
